Candles should never be left unattended.

Keep candles away from things that can catch fire , children & pets.

Don’t burn candles for no more than 1-2 hours at a time.

Oils should never be ingested. 

Before lighting your candle recite Psalm 91 or any prayer you desire, rub candle wick and light.

Oils can be used in spiritual bath or rubbed on that specific chakra, before use recite Psalm 91 or any prayer you desire.
